Asked about every new store

Is NOOR real?

Fair question. A store you have never bought from is a leap. Here are the questions everyone asks a new brand, answered the plain way - no marketing voice.

Are you a real company?

Yes - a small one. NOOR is run by [Jack, out of New York]. The business is registered as [legal entity name]. Small means you will often be talking to the person who packed your order.

Where do the clothes come from?

[Each piece is made by our manufacturing partner in location, chosen for fabric quality and working conditions.] We would rather tell you exactly than say something vague like "ethically sourced." Bracketed until Jack confirms the facts he wants public.

You just launched. What if something goes wrong with my order?

Then we fix it, the same as a big store would. Wrong item, damaged piece, lost package - [email us and we replace or refund]. Being new is not an excuse. The return policy is [X days, details], same as it will be in year five.

How do I know the quality is good?

Three ways. The fabric library names every fabric and what it is honestly like. The photography promise means what you see is what arrives. And the first order is covered by the same [X-day] return window as every order after it.

Will my card details be safe?

Payments run through [Shopify Payments / Stripe] - the same processors big stores use. We never see or store your card number.

Why are there no reviews yet?

Because there are no customers yet - you might be one of the first. We will publish reviews as they arrive, unedited, good and bad. We would rather have an empty reviews section than a padded one.

Can I talk to a person?

Yes. [Email address] reaches a real inbox, answered [within one business day]. No chatbot pretending to be named Sara.

Every bracket is a fact Jack fills once. The page ships only when every answer is literally true.
Honest note: design preview. Every bracketed fact (entity, manufacturing, return terms, payment processor, response time) is Jack's to fill and must match his real policies - this page is a promise sheet, not decoration. The "no fake reviews" stance aligns with the standing honesty rule. Pure content, no ops.
