A loyalty program without the games

Threads.

Every order is a thread. Enough threads, and something nice happens - no points math, no expiring balances, no fine print designed to be misread.

A concept - not yet open

How it would work

Deliberately simpler than every program you have ever quit. [All mechanics are proposals].

Every order

One thread

One order, one thread. Not one point per dollar - a dress and a belt count the same, because loyalty is coming back, not spending more.

[Five] threads

[A thank-you - 10% off, or free shipping always]

The reward is one clear thing, chosen by Jack, and it never expires. No tiers named after metals.

Every thread, always

Early looks

Anyone with even one thread sees new pieces [a day] early. The real reward for liking us first is seeing things first.

The honest catches

Printed where you can see them.

Threads never expire. Life gets busy; coming back in two years still counts.

No birthday data harvest. We do not trade the reward for your personal details - your order history is enough.

Returns untie the thread. Fair is fair - a returned order returns the thread too.

One program, one rule set. If the rules ever change, the old threads keep the old value.

Honest note: this is a concept page for a program that does not exist yet. Every bracket is a decision for Jack - thread count, the actual reward, early-look window. If the program never launches, the page never ships. "Threads" is a working name.
