The regulars

No points. No tiers. No card in your wallet.

Come back twice and you are a regular. Regulars get thanked in standing ways, not tracked in spreadsheets - on either side.

How it works, all of it

Your second order makes you a regular. That is the only rule and there is nothing to join - the shop already knows your email, and that is all it needs to know.

From then on, the thank-yous below are simply how NOOR treats you. They do not expire, they do not reset, and there is no balance to check because there is nothing to count.

[First look at new pieces.] Regulars see new arrivals [a day] before everyone else - one calm email, no countdown.

[A standing thank-you at checkout.] [Free shipping always / a small standing percentage] - whatever Jack chooses, it is automatic and it does not move.

Heard first. When we ask what to make next, regulars are the ones we ask. [A short note a few times a year.]

What this will never be

No points to chase. Points exist to make you buy things you were not going to buy. That is a game we refuse to play with you.

No tiers to climb. A regular is a regular. Nobody outranks you for spending more.

No app, no card, no login to check. If a loyalty program needs you to manage it, it is not thanking you - it is employing you.

Honest note: design preview. The perk contents are bracketed for Jack. The ops claim is the design: "regular" is one filter on the order list, and every perk is a standing rule, not a tracked balance - no points engine, no loyalty app, nothing that breaks when order volume grows. If any perk ever needs counting, it does not belong on this page.
