Why does the store look different for different people?

The short version: the store quietly notices what a shopper looks at - on her own device - and puts more of that up front next time. A mother of five sees easy sets first. A 19-year-old sees under-$100 first. Same store, same pieces, different front door.

The privacy promise: this learning happens on her phone, not on our servers. No accounts tracked, nothing sold, nothing followed around the internet. She can turn it off in one tap, and Jack can turn the whole feature off in the editor.

What it never does: it never hides pieces, never changes prices per person, and never guesses anything personal beyond what she actually browsed.

Honest note: design preview with demo pieces. The rearranging above is simulated by the visitor buttons - the real version would learn quietly per shopper. Not connected to the live store.
