All payments made for services are final and non-refundable. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
Any additional features or revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope must be discussed and approved in advance. Requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges. Excessive or unreasonable demands, including repeated requests for free features or extras, will not be entertained as time is a billable resource.
Priority customer service will be provided during the first two months of our agreement. After this period, requests will be handled in the standard order unless marked as a priority. For continued priority service after the initial two months, an additional fee will be applied.
By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to initiate any lawsuits or legal action against us in any court of law. Payments made for services or agreements cannot be used against us in any legal proceedings.
You agree not to engage in any activities that may disparage, defame, or harm the reputation or operations of our business, whether online, verbally, or in writing.
We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if you breach any of these terms, fail to provide necessary cooperation, or engage in abusive or unreasonable behavior.
These terms may be updated periodically. You will be informed of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By signing or proceeding with the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
