Small runs mean no warehouse of markdowns. The tradeoff: a size can sell out.

Sold out means the batch, not the piece

Most pieces come back. If a fabric is gone for good, the page says so instead of teasing.

The list hears first

Asked about a sold-out size? You get one calm email [about a week] before it reopens - same price as before.

First on the list, first to know. No drops, no timers, no markup.

Honest note: design preview. The back-in-stock email is a standard platform feature (mockup 69); timing bracketed as Jack's to set. One email per restock is the only ops.
