Written before the first one arrives

If you send us a photo.

One day a customer will send a photo of herself in a NOOR dress, and we will be delighted - and careful. This policy is written now, before the first photo, so the rules were never invented around anyone's picture.

1

We ask before we share. Every photo, every time, in writing. A photo emailed to us is a gift, not a license - nothing is reposted, printed, or used in an ad without your explicit yes.

2

You are credited, or anonymous - your choice. First name, full handle, or no name at all. You can also change your mind later: one email and the photo comes down, [within 48 hours], no argument.

3

We do not edit your photo. The same promise that covers our own photography covers yours - no retouching the fit, the drape, or you. Cropping to fit a frame, yes. Anything more, no.

4

Sending a photo is never expected. No discount dangled for a photo, no entry in a contest, no pressure disguised as community. The follow-up email asks how the dress fits - it never asks you to perform in it.

Why a modest brand needs this in writing

Our customers dress carefully and choose their visibility carefully. A store for modest women should be the most careful place on the internet with a woman's photo - not the place that assumes. So the default is private, and sharing is always the exception you choose.

Honest note: design preview. A policy page, not a system: asking permission and honoring takedowns is judgment Jack applies per photo, no tooling required; the takedown window is bracketed as his commitment. Extends the photography promise (87) to customer imagery and matches the imagery rules already applied to this whole project. Pure content, no ops.
