A basement dining room arranged around the intimacy of the counter, with room for private conversation.

The Nishiazabu flagship remains the center. A sister expression lives by the sea on Kourijima, Okinawa.

Former locations in Kyoto and Hong Kong are closed. The Toyama operation ended and the venue reopened under different management in January 2026.
