Creamy Marinara Pasta

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Season.
  5. Add pasta to sauce, use pasta water to loosen if needed.
  6. Serve, topped with extra Parmesan and basil.

Guacamole

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and jalapeño (if using).
  3. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or store with plastic wrap pressed on top.

Serving Suggestion: Place a generous scoop of guacamole on top of each serving of pasta.
