It was the first time we tried it with our toddler exciting to have a great experience with him We ordered 2 entrees and a salad Salad and 1 entree took almost 30 min And the second entree was served after i finished all of my order which is almost 15 -20 min after We called many waiters many times no one even looked at us We called the front manager who helped us to cancel our second entree as it was very very late ( as the waitress said the order was made wrong so they had to make all over again which she didnt even bother to mention that when we asked why its taking so long ) After that our untrained waitress JAZZ came and literally threw the check at our table without even us requesting it Again manager called again and said he will take care of it We didnt even want to be served by her when she followed us to the counter to collect the check from us since no one came to take it from us And manager again called Worst dining experience ever ever Not even food was worth our time there

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Walked up waited 5 minutes to be seated then sat there for 15 minutes with no touch from any wait staff. Got up to walk out was wasn't even acknowledged. Will never step foot in this particular establishment again.

There a dozen workers here, only 6 tables seated and for some reason we are told 45 minute wait. Holmes, there's NOBODY here now except employees. So, we sit at the bar while we wait. For an hour. You think anybody would come serve us? Not on your life. You think we recieved any greeting or niceties? If it weren't my daughter's birthday, I would leave these clowns to play restaurant aline.This is an example of incompetent management.

Exceeded our expectations. Very happy to still have this location in Southern California. I was extremely eager to take my family there. We made a reservation and the hostess did a great job getting us a table near the waterfall, still viewing all the animals. Our server was fantastic, extremely friendly and accommodating to a gluten allergy. We ordered a lettuce wrapped burger & the Asian chicken salad - both were delicious. I took my salad home to finish the next day!Very happy Rainforest Cafe is still kicking, I grew up coming to this location so it's a great feeling now bringing my family and creating memories.The store has awesome merchandise at reasonable prices.If management reads this review, PLEASE BRING BACK THE FISH IN THE FISH TANK! That's all that was missing from our great experience!
