For every shopper

This shop should work for everyone.

What we already do, what we are still fixing, and the fastest way to tell us when something gets in your way.

Built in from the start

Not retrofits - decisions.

Text and backgrounds keep strong contrast - calm colors, never washed-out ones.

Every button and link is at least 44px, big enough for any hand on any phone.

The whole shop works without a mouse - tab through it, it follows a sensible order.

Photos carry written descriptions, so a screen reader sees what you see.

Nothing flashes, auto-plays, or moves just to move.

Still working on

Honesty over a perfect-looking list.

[Full screen-reader audit across checkout - planned, not yet complete. Placeholder until Jack schedules it.]

[Captions on any future video content - committed, pending the first video.]

Hit a wall?

If anything on this site blocks you - a control that will not focus, text too small, a step that needs a mouse - tell us and it moves to the front of the line. Access problems are bugs, not feedback.

[accessibility@noor... - Jack to confirm the address] or the contact form both reach a person.

Honest note: design preview. The "built in" list reflects how the mockups are actually constructed (44px targets, contrast, no autoplay); the "still working on" items and the contact address are placeholders for Jack to confirm. A published accessibility statement should only claim what has been tested.
