Prediction Tag collects minimal DUC platform data (USER_AGE, USER_PROFILE, USER_ID) to authenticate accounts, personalize gameplay, and comply with age restrictions. You can request full data deletion by emailing [email protected].

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Prediction Tag:

  • Personal Information — information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, email) when contacting support or subscribing to updates.
  • Data via Meta’s Data Use Checkup (DUC) — the platform-provided fields we receive:
    • USER_AGE: Used to verify age eligibility and apply age-appropriate features.
    • USER_PROFILE: Display name, avatar, and basic preferences used to personalize gameplay and show identity to other players.
    • USER_ID: A unique identifier used for authentication, saving progress, and preventing duplicates/fraud.
  • Non-Personal Information — device type, technical logs, crash reports, and usage patterns collected automatically to improve performance and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Account management & authentication: Link your account, save progress, and secure your data using USER_ID.
  • Personalization: Use USER_PROFILE to customize your in-game experience (display name, avatar, preferences).
  • Compliance & age gating: Use USER_AGE to ensure content is age-appropriate and satisfies platform rules.
  • Safety & moderation: Detect abuse, fraud, and enforce community rules.
  • Improvement: Use non-personal technical data to fix bugs, optimize performance, and build new features.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing Your Information

We only share data as needed to operate the game or as required by law:

  • Service providers: Backend platforms (e.g., PlayFab) and hosting providers to enable authentication, storage, matchmaking, and analytics.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed fully secure.

5. User Data Deletion & Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data.

  • How to request deletion: Email [email protected] with your request and include your USER_ID or the email used on the account (if available). If you submit the request from the account email or the in-game deletion option, verification is faster.
  • In-app option: If you are logged in, you may also request deletion through the game's settings or account menu (if available).
  • Processing time: After verification, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

Prediction Tag is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately on discovery.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
