From our studio to your door

The box it arrives in.

Quiet on the outside, considered on the inside. What your order looks like before you even see the piece.

Layer by layer

In the order you will meet them.

1

The plain outer mailer

Recycled, unmarked. What is inside is your business - the mail carrier does not need to know.

2

The box

Sturdy kraft, no plastic tape. It survives the trip and flattens for the recycling in one motion.

3

The tissue

[Cream tissue, a single sage sticker - Jack to confirm the final wrap]. Pieces are folded by a person, not a machine line.

4

The card

A short thank-you, [signed by hand / handwritten-style - Jack to confirm]. On a gift order, your note goes here instead - no prices anywhere in the box.

5

The piece itself

On a [paper / wooden - Jack to confirm] hanger when the fabric asks for it, folded flat when it does not.

Why we spend on this

Because the box is the first physical moment with NOOR, and first moments should match what came before them. Nothing inside is there to be photographed for social media - it is there so opening an order feels like the shop looks: calm, and made by people.

Everything ships plastic-free [goal - Jack to confirm]. The mailer, box, and tissue are all recyclable or reusable.

Honest note: design preview. Bracketed details - the sticker, the signature, the hanger, the plastic-free claim - are placeholders for Jack's actual packaging decisions. Nothing here ships as a claim until it is true.
