Episode 1. The boy they called handy.

My name is Alex White. I am seventeen years old. I am a student at Whitewood Academy, the most powerful magic academy in America.

But everyone here hates me. They call me handy. They call me useless. They call me a waste.

Why? Because I have no magic. I have no power. In a school where everyone can fly and cast fire, I cannot even light a candle.

My own father said I am a disgrace. My girlfriend Sarah left me yesterday. She said Alex, you are poor, you are weak, you will never be anything.

I went home crying last night. I asked God, why did you make me like this? Why am I so useless?

But what they don't know is, every night I dream of dragons. Thousands of dragons calling my name, saying master, come back.
