Welcome to our community pool! To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all residents and guests, we ask that everyone follows these important guidelines. Our pool is a shared amenity that requires mutual respect and responsibility from all who use it.

All swimmers must check in at the kiosk before entering the pool area. This helps us maintain accurate occupancy counts for safety purposes and ensures we can contact you if needed. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Running, rough play, and diving in shallow areas are strictly prohibited as they pose serious safety risks.

⏰ Pool Hours & Capacity

The pool is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We enforce a maximum capacity of 50 guests to maintain safety and comfort. Adult swim hours are from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM daily, during which only residents 18 and older may use the pool. This quiet time allows adult residents to swim laps and relax without the energy of younger swimmers.

Residents may bring up to four guests per household. All guests must be accompanied by the resident host at all times and must check in at the kiosk. Repeated violations of guest limits may result in temporary suspension of pool privileges. We want to maintain an exclusive, comfortable environment for our community members.

For health and safety, all swimmers must shower before entering the pool. Anyone with open wounds, bandages, or contagious conditions should refrain from swimming. Swim diapers are required for children who are not toilet trained. We conduct regular water quality testing and maintain chemical balance according to health department standards. If you notice any water quality concerns, please report them immediately to management.
