community/mpv: add patch fixing 100% CPU usage on wayland

Patch taken from https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/commit/d20ded876d27497d3fe6a9494add8106b507a45c. It fixes a bug causing 100% CPU usage on wayland if there's anything in the clipboard with a MIME type mpv doesn't accept.
