One honest note about weekends

Checkout rests Friday sundown to Saturday night. Orders placed then are held gently and confirmed Saturday night - nothing is charged until then. Shipping work pauses too, so a Friday-evening order starts its trip Monday.

Write to us fast - if the package has not left the studio, we fix it. Once it ships, the carrier owns the address.

What if my package says delivered but is not here?

Check with household members and neighbors first, then write to us. We open a carrier trace and do not leave you to chase it alone.

Do you pack discreetly?

Plain outer packaging, always. The pretty part is inside the box.

PO boxes and military addresses?
