If it is not right

Returns, without the runaround.

Something did not work out. That is fine - it happens. Here is exactly how sending it back works, from the first click to the refund landing.

How it works

Four steps, no phone calls needed.

1

Tell us which order

Enter your order number and email below. We find the order - you do not need to dig up anything.

2

Pick what is going back

Choose the pieces and the reason. One word is enough - "fit", "color", "changed my mind". No essay required.

3

Get your label

We email a prepaid label. Print it, tape it, drop the package at any post office or mailbox.

4

Money back, or a swap

Once your return arrives we check it within 2 days, then refund the original payment or send your exchange - your choice, made in step 2.

The fine print, in plain words

What you can count on.

How long do I have?

[30] days from the day your order arrives. If day [30] is close, the label still counts once it is created.

What condition?

Unworn, tags on, in the bag it came in. Try it on at home as much as you like - that is what home is for.

Who pays for return shipping?

[We do / You do - Jack to confirm]. The label in step 3 is [prepaid / deducted from the refund, shown before you confirm].

When does the money come back?

We check your return within 2 days of it arriving, and the refund goes out the same day. Banks usually take 3-5 days to show it.

Exchanges?

Treated as a return plus a new order, so the new piece ships right away instead of waiting for the old one to arrive.

What cannot come back?

[Final sale pieces are marked final sale at checkout - Jack to confirm policy].

Honest note: design preview. The form is not connected and bracketed details like the return window and label cost are placeholders for Jack's real policy - nothing ships until those are filled in.
