In their words

What customers say - and how we earn it.

Reviews here are real or they are not here. This section shows both states: how reviews look once they exist, and what the section says before the first one arrives.

Once reviews exist

Layout preview - these words are sample text, not real customers.

[Orchard Wrap Maxi]

“[First real review goes here - the actual words of an actual customer, typos and all.]”

[First name] · Verified order

[Ribbed Knit Set]

“[Second real review. We do not edit for polish - only for privacy.]”

[First name] · Verified order

Before the first one arrives

The honest empty state - what a new shop should say instead of inventing praise.

No reviews yet - we are new.

We could fill this space with invented five-star quotes, like plenty of shops do. We would rather you hear it straight: NOOR is just getting started, and the first real words will appear here the moment a customer chooses to leave them.

Be the first - after your order arrives

The rules this section lives by

So nobody has to wonder.

Verified orders only

A review can only be left on a piece that was actually bought.

Unedited words

We fix nothing but privacy. A three-star review stays a three-star review.

No star games

No average rating until there are enough reviews for one to mean anything.

No incentives

No discounts for reviews. A thank-you, never a payment.

Honest note: design preview. The two review cards are layout samples in brackets, the empty state is the recommended live state for launch day, and the four rules are proposed policy for Jack to confirm - they are what make the section trustworthy.
