After you have passed the verbal interview (read this), you will receive the Helper rank. You will be a Helper for around two weeks and then we will determine your position. The length of the trial portion can vary depending on your performance and our schedules. During this period, you are to answer questions, help players, handle reports, moderate the chat, help with support tickets, and get to know the community better. You will also record evidence of rule breakers and report it to higher staff members if you are not able to punish the player for the appropriate offense. During this period, you're expected to be highly active as this is the time when you are proving your dedication to the role. If you reach a certain threshold of false punishments, abuse, or not do your job you will be demoted. If you do well, then you will be promoted. You are expected you follow both the network and staff rules; staff members are held to the same standards as normal players. If you are demoted, then your rank will be removed and you will be able to reapply next season. But, you are highly encouraged to apply again as you’ve made it so far before and you will be given feedback on what you did wrong. If you are promoted, then you will receive the Moderator rank and be given new tasks to do. If you exceed as a Moderator, then you may be promoted to a higher rank.
