"Hey, hi! Sorry to catch you out of nowhere — do you happen to handle anything with employment or benefits there, or is there someone else I should be chatting with?"

(If not the right person: "No worries at all — is there a good number or way to reach whoever does that? Totally fine if you'd rather I call back.")

If yes / they're the right person

"Awesome, no pressure at all, I promise this is a quick one. Do you have a computer handy? If you've got a sec, would you mind just googling 'SIMERP' — S-I-M-E-R-P? I want you to see it from an independent source, not just take my word for it."

(Pause, let them look it up)

The Numbers

"So here's basically what it does, in plain terms:"

• It layers on top of whatever benefits you already have — no-cost urgent care, telehealth, free prescriptions, counseling, stuff like that — as an add-on, not a replacement.
• For the business, it nets out to about $640 per employee per year in savings, based on a $40k/year employee.
• And for each employee, it works out to roughly $1,900 extra a year — that's about a 5% pay bump — without it coming out of their paycheck.
