Thank You for Presenting at AONS 2021!
Important Dates (23:59 GMT+8)
- Please note that the pre-recorded video should be uploaded by August 31, 2021.
- Each accepted abstract must have at least with the presenting author successfully registered (payment completed of main-conference) prior to July 31, 2021; otherwise, that abstract will be excluded from the program.
Presentation Type and Time
- Oral presenters will have 10 minutes for their recorded presentations.
- Poster presenters will have 3 minutes for their recorded presentations.
Steps in Submitting Your Oral or Poster Presentation
- Download the Recording Instruction
- Follow the instruction to create presentation slides
- Record your presentation
- Make sure your presentation does not go over your allotted presentation time
- Save and name the video as your Abstract Number
- Upload the presentation to AONS 2021 Online System
