Qc = αITc − ½I²R − KΔT V = αΔT + IR COP = Qc / Pin Qh = Qc + Pin

The calculator derives effective α, R and K values from Qmax, ΔTmax, Imax, Vmax and the datasheet hot-side temperature. It is an engineering estimate: real modules vary with temperature, mounting pressure, thermal interfaces and manufacturing tolerances.
