No ribbons staged for the camera. This is the actual packaging, described before you order - so the box at your door holds no surprises except the dress.
Your order ships in [a recycled kraft mailer / box] - plain outside, discreet, nothing printed that announces clothing to a hallway or a mailroom. It is recyclable [and made from X percent post-consumer material].
Each piece is folded in [plain tissue] - no plastic garment bags. Fabric travels better breathing, and you get one less thing to throw away.
A small printed card, not a booklet: a thank-you in one line, the care instructions for your fabric (the same ones in the fabric library), and the returns address in case you need it. Everything on it earns its place.
No foam, no confetti, no samples of things you did not order, no catalog asking you to shop again. The packaging is the brand: calm, useful, and quiet.
Most stores photograph a fantasy box, then ship a plastic bag. We would rather describe the real one. If we ever upgrade the packaging, this page changes first - so it never becomes a promise we stopped keeping.
