This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect player information when you play our game. We are committed to maintaining player privacy while providing a fair, secure, and cheat-free environment for everyone.
1. Anti-Cheat & Security Attestation (Kubian Integration)
To detect cheating, unauthorized game modifications, and abuse, our game integrates a third-party hardware attestation and anti-cheat service called Kubian (operated by Static Labs LLC).
When you play our game, Kubian automatically processes device-level signals strictly for security, authentication, rate limiting, and fraud prevention. The data processed includes:
- Hardware Identifiers: Device identifiers (such as Android ID and Widevine MediaDrm ID) used internally to construct project-scoped unique tokens and enforce persistent restrictions.
- Attestation Certificates & Integrity Checks: Cryptographic signatures, APK integrity hashes, bootloader state, verified boot chain status, and security patch levels.
- Environment Detection Signals: Flags indicating root status, presence of debuggers, active emulators, or code injection/hook attempts.
- Network & Request Metadata: Technical logs including IP addresses, request headers, and timestamps for abuse prevention.
Privacy Isolation: We (the game developers) never receive or see your raw hardware identifiers (like Android ID or Widevine ID). Kubian processes these signals internally and provides us with an isolated, game-specific identifier. Your identity in our game cannot be linked or cross-referenced with your activity in any other game or service using Kubian.
2. Game Restrictions & Device Bans
If a player violates our game rules or uses unauthorized cheating tools, a device ban or temporary restriction may be applied:
- Hardware-Backed Enforcement: Restrictions are enforced by Kubian’s internal hardware linkage. Bans persist across app reinstalls, cache clears, and factory resets to ensure security integrity.
- Identifier Expiration: Game-scoped unique identifiers expire automatically after 60 days of inactivity. However, active bans persist across identifier rotations via hardware identity matching.
- Data Minimization: Active ban records displayed to us are masked and truncated, and expired ban records are automatically purged.
3. Age Requirements & Protection of Minors
Our game and integrated security tools are intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If an end-user under 13 interacts with our game, automated mechanisms provided by Kubian work to filter and restrict session processing to protect minor privacy.
4. Data Deletion Rights & Statutory Security Exceptions
Eligible players may request access to or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (such as the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act):
- You can request deletion of your non-essential account and gameplay data by contacting our player support team.
- Security Exception: Submitting a data deletion request will not lift or revoke an active anti-cheat ban. Pursuant to applicable privacy laws, minimal, isolated cryptographic hashes of device signals are retained in a separate security repository solely to maintain active bans and prevent system abuse. These hashes cannot be reversed to reconstruct your original device identifiers.
