Developer's Notes

Hello! I am the single author of NATUWARS v0.4 and my username is LeaferStudios on the Khan Academy Computer Programming community.

I experienced zero lag while developing and testing NATUWARS v0.4 in Google Chrome, although it should run at an average frame rate of 60 FPS in Safari even after hours of playing. There is no mobile or controller support at this version, so you need a computer to play.

Here is a quick rundown of the previous versions:

• The previous versions of NATUWARS were called Forest.io. On 11 July 2024, I decided to change it the name to NATUWARS to better originality and branding. You can visit the official logo update for more information.
