Q: Do i need an appointment?

A: If there are seats available, you can use the restaurant without making a reservation; however, we cannot guarantee that seats will be available, so you may not be able to use the restaurant even if you come.

Q: Can i transfer my reservation?

A:Reservations cannot be transferred or resold. Also, please understand that we will refuse entry to anyone who does not match the reservation information or who is unable to present identification.

Q: Can i make reservation by phone?

A: We cannot accept reservations over the phone. This is to prevent duplicate reservations. Thank you for your understanding.

Q:Is there a limit to how many people i can book?

A: A maximum of 8 people can be booked per reservation.

Q: Will children under one year old be counted as part of the reservation?

A: If a child under 1 year old does not occupy a seat by himself/herself, such as sitting on an adult's lap, the child will not be included in the number of people in the reservation. (Example: 2 adults and 2 children sitting on the adults' laps...a reservation for 2 people) However, if you use a stroller in a seat, please include the child under 1 year old in the number of people in the reservation. (Example: 2 adults and 1 child in a stroller...a reservation for 3 people)

Q:I havent received my confirmation email.

A: We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact our customer support desk .

Q:I would like to cancel my reservation.
