New additions:
- All levels now have snow and a winter environment!
- Enemies and your friend Billy now have a Santa Hat!
- Enemies now drop their new Santa Hats as physics objects!
- A more festively recolored milk cartoon!
- The Candycane Shank is buffed, now with more reach and now can be thrown like a spear!
- Fixed Fullscreen! However, the title screen is now broken when using fullscreen for the first time.
