What You Need to Do:

Follow the link below to access your existing application in CompassKC. Once logged in, navigate to the Sub-Records tab and find the Remaining Sub-Records section where you will see the Major Subdivision case listed. Simply click the Apply button on the right to complete the necessary steps.

Important Information:

• Much of the application information from your initial << Plan - Plan Work Class (EnerGovBusiness.PlanManagement.Plan.PlanWorkClassID) >> application will automatically be transferred to the Major Subdivision application. Please focus on completing the Additional Info page, as this is where the necessary plat-related information should be provided.
• You do not need to submit any additional documents or pay new fees for the Major Subdivision case. This case type serves as a container for capturing plat-related information and documents.
• Completing this step ensures your application is properly coordinated with any future sub-plan cases, such as Final Plats, and streamlines the review and approval process. This will allow us to accurately link all related applications, now and in the future.
