Your first order, start to finish

Here is exactly what happens after you tap buy.

First orders come with quiet questions. Did it go through? When does it ship? What if the fit is wrong? Every step, in order, before you ever need to ask.

Right away

The order email

A confirmation lands within minutes: what you bought, what you paid, where it is going. No email means no order - check spam, then write to us.

[Within 1-2 business days]

Packing

Your piece is checked, folded, and packed [in recycled tissue]. If anything looks wrong on our end, we tell you before it ships - not after.

When it ships

The shipping email

A tracking link that actually tracks. [Carrier and typical transit times by region] - stated plainly, no "arriving soon" vagueness.

Delivery day

On your doorstep

[Packed to travel flat - hang it when it arrives and any fold lines fall out.]

[A few days later]

One short follow-up

Three taps: did it fit, was the length right, would you buy it again. Your answer helps the next woman choose - and if something is wrong, that email has a direct line to a person.

If it is not right

Returns, in plain steps

[30 days, unworn, tags on.] Start from your order email or the returns page - [a label by email / instructions by email], refund to the original card within [X] days of arrival back.

The standing exception

Order Friday sundown to Saturday night and everything above simply waits - checkout rests for Shabbos and your order begins when it reopens. Nothing is lost, nothing is late. Shabbat shalom.

Honest note: design preview. Every timing and policy figure is bracketed - they must match the real shipping and returns policies before this ships. The promise of the page is sequence, not speed: tell her what happens in what order and anxiety never gets a foothold. Pure content, no ops.
