Attempting to evade a ban by altering device parameters, resetting project-scoped identifiers, or requesting data deletion under privacy laws (such as the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act) will not lift or revoke an active restriction. Pursuant to statutory security exceptions, minimal cryptographic device hashes are retained in an isolated repository solely to enforce active restrictions and block banned devices from re-entering the platform.
The game and its security features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Neither we nor our third-party infrastructure providers (including Static Labs LLC) shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the game or account restrictions applied due to integrity violations.
