How do I sign up as a Partner on Share My Plate? +

Register as a Partner and submit your organization’s details. Upload required verification documents(Form 1040) for approval. After approval, you can coordinate food distribution and support initiatives

How do I sign up as a Volunteer? +

Register by selecting Volunteer during sign-up. Share your availability, location, and preferred tasks. After onboarding, you’ll be notified of volunteering opportunities.

What type of food can I share? +

You can share fresh, packaged, or prepared food that is safe and edible. All food must meet basic quality and safety standards. Expired, opened, or spoiled food is not accepted.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor your delivery.

What documents are required to register as a Partner? +

Partners must upload proof of organization registration. This may include licenses, tax documents(Form 1040), or nonprofit certification. All documents are securely reviewed during verification.

What documents do I need to upload to receive food assistance? +

Individuals may need to upload a valid ID or proof of address for verification or tax documents to be eligible to receive food. This ensures the food is distributed fairly and safely to the right recipients. All personal information is kept secure and confidential.

How does Share My Plate coordinate pickups or distributions? +

The pickup location details will be shared with the individual and will be the one closest to them. If a volunteer is available, they will be assigned to pick up and deliver the order on your behalf.
