Wrong size happens. Here are both paths - pick the one that fits how much of a hurry you’re in.
The unhurried swap
Email [support email] with your order number and the size or color you want instead. Our batches are small, so we set your new piece aside for [7 days] while yours travels back.
Unworn, unwashed, tags on - the same gentle rules as a return.
[The new piece ships when your return is scanned by the carrier / when it arrives - set before launch.] Shipping on the swap: [who pays - set before launch].
The don’t-let-it-sell-out path
If your size is the last one on the shelf, order the new piece now at the normal price, then send the original back as a regular return for a refund. Two orders, one refund, zero heartbreak. Mention both order numbers in your email so we can tie them together.
